Maria Branco - The Rising Phoenix: On the Feeling of Home, Belonging and the Initiation into One's Own Power

"I'm not drowning in the mist anymore." Grand rising and welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today I'm inviting you into the world of my friend, yoga teacher, facilitator and sacred space holder Maria Branco. Maria is the founder of The Art of Presence, a studio dedicated to guiding people back to their innate ability to live fully in the present. Maria believes presence is a sacred gift, helping us engage with life’s simplest joys and most challenging storms alike, with non-judgmental awareness. Through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and nature-based practices, Maria invites others to rediscover their connection to themselves and the world around them. Her culturally rich upbringing between Portugal and China, along with her experiences studying psychology and eco-therapy, deeply informs her compassionate, open-hearted approach. After meeting Maria and attending a couple of classes it was clear for me to have her on the podcast to explore some of the nuances of her interpersonal and spiritual journey and to dig deeper into who Maria is today and what led her to become the person she is today. This is a gentle, deep and intimate conversation between two seekers and friends. We hope you enjoy this dance through words and love to hear how this co-creation lands with you 👉 We explored a broad variety of topics such as: - On the differences between online and in-person containers and space holding - Maria's journey of overcoming her fears and opening her own yoga studio - The importance of boundaries and dangers of spiritual bypassing - Maria's upbringing in China and move to Europe - The gift of grief 🔗 MY GUEST: ▶️ Website ▶️ Instagram The Art of Presence ▶️ Instagram Maria 🎧 PODCAST: ▶️ Website ▶️ Spotify ▶️ Apple Podcasts ▶️ Google Podcasts ▶️ Amazon Podcasts 🙋‍♂️ MY STUFF: ▶️ Book your spot: 1:1 Men's Coaching ▶️ Website ▶️ Instagram ▶️ Michael Singer Weekly Talks ▶️ Micheal Singer Podcast ▶️ Waking Up App (free month) 📩 CONTACT: maxi@goingoutlookingin.com
